Jessica Kiedrowski has over 20 years of experience as Change Agent and Visionary Leader. She has worked and applied her skills in a diverse set of industries that include aerospace, heating ventilating and cooling, automation controls, manufacturing, internet of things, telecommunications, heavy equipment, food, security, home automation, engineering consulting, and, environmental health & safety

Jessica began her journey in operations which has been the foundation of her practical approach to continuous improvement. She started her career in manufacturing engineering supporting high volume automated mass production assembly lines.  Following this she worked in a wide variety of positions building a wide foundation and business acumen.  She has held positions in reliability engineering, design engineering, commodity management, process improvement, lead acquisition integrations, global engineering management positions, as well as business operations management.

Jessica is the Principle of Synergy Solutions Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
